- Returns must be made 14 days from original ship date.
- Refunds are issued back to the original payment method or an online credit.
- Purchases made using a promotional code are eligible for an online credit only.
- Merchandise may be exchanged for same item in a different size/color.
- Returns must be received with original tags attached, unwashed, unworn and no makeup on the items.
- Damages must be reported within 24 hours of receiving merchandise or it will not be eligible for return.
- We hold the right to partially refund or not issue a refund if merchandise is returned without a defect report or shows evidence of having been worn.
- We will gladly issue a FREE Return Label if merchandise is being returned due to defects on our end. (Call us in the event that this happens)
- In-store orders, phone orders, and invoice orders are eligible for online credit only.
- Original shipping is not refundable.
- Colors may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, computer monitoring resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects.
- Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return. We will send you an email confirmation when your return has been received and the refund has been issued.
